I have been working in psychology and therapy for over 18 years – and I still find deep meaning in helping people find balance, manage stress, and rediscover joy in their lives.

In my practice, I combine an interest in mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and mental wellbeing with the practical, individual needs of each client. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where it feels possible to talk about anything – from academic or work-related challenges to deeply personal life or relationship issues.

I am well acquainted with the world of education – I have supported students, parents, and teachers, taught at university level, and collaborated with institutions working with children and families. I have also worked with people in custody and have engaged in volunteer work abroad.

I am a member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy and the European Association for Gestalt Therapy. I prefer in-person consultations, but also offer online sessions. I look forward to finding the right way to support you.

I have been professionally engaged in psychology since 2000, when I graduated at Palacký University in Olomouc. I worked as a psychologist at the Centre for Educational Care in Uherské Hradiště for eight years. In addition, I gained experience as a Safety Helpline worker, a supervisor in social services, school psychologist, cooperating psychologist for the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children and a palliative and hospice care psychologist. I run a private psychological counselling centre, where I work with clients of various ages dealing with a broad spectrum of problems. I have completed a number of courses and trainings.

In my practical work I focus on finding the obvious and hidden causes of problems, finding internal strength to cope with the problems and my client’s overall harmony.

I graduated in Psychology at Masaryk University in Brno in 2017. I have professional experience in psychology, counselling, media and HR. I have worked as a lecturer in multinational corporations and also at Masaryk University. My desire to learn more about myself and my wish to have a fulfilling job is what led me to psychology. So, in 2010, I changed my career direction. After graduating from Masaryk University in 2016 with a degree in psychology, I moved from the commercial sector to the helping professions. Since then I have been working as a psychologist at a primary school. I also worked in a children’s crisis centre until 2022, where I became interested in trauma.

In my own practice I come into contact with a wide range of clients – from children to adolescents and adults. I cover topics such as personal growth, meaning in life, working with emotions and stress including crisis intervention, relationship and family issues including parenting, communication and healthy boundaries. I have completed a number of training programmes, the most interesting being biosynthesis, the epigenetic approach and the somatic experiencing technique. I am currently a participant of Somatic Experiencing Training which is focused on working with trauma, stress, and building psychological resilience.

In my spare time, I focus on environmental protection and help out at wildlife sanctuaries. This experience helps me to work with clients who want to connect with nature or cope with environmental grief. I therefore offer sessions outdoors, for example in the woods or a park.

I completed my degree in Psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc, graduating in 2023. I am currently working as a psychologist at the Regional Police Directorate of the Zlín Region, providing professional support to members and employees of the Czech Police.

Valuable experience I have gained also includes work in a therapeutic community for individuals with substance use disorders, where I was involved in both individual and group sessions. My focus lies primarily in the areas of personal development, self-awareness, building psychological resilience, and coping with challenging life situations.

Since 2024, I have been participating in a comprehensive psychotherapy training in Gestalt therapy, which allows me to further develop my therapeutic skills and a presence-based approach rooted in awareness and authentic “here and now” contact.

In my free time, I pursue an active and healthy lifestyle, enjoy spending time in nature, and practise relaxation techniques, which I aim to sensitively integrate into my therapeutic work. I also have a long-standing interest in forest therapy (shinrin-yoku) – a Japanese method of relaxation that supports both physical and mental wellbeing through mindful immersion in nature and the engagement of all the senses.
