The services of the Psychological Counselling Centre are provided to TBU students and employees free of charge.
We offer counselling in the following areas:
Student
Study-related problems
- You lose motivation and interest in studying, you are unable to plan the preparation for exams successfully, you lack attention and focus.
- You have problems in a group of fellow students — you don’t have friends, you don’t feel a spirit of fellowship with others, you experience bullying.
- Procrastination — the act of unnecessarily and voluntarily delaying or putting off important tasks.
Personal issues, difficulties in relationships
- Interpersonal relations, friendship issues and partnership issues
- You are facing a major life decision.
- Personal development — you want to develop your own personality, reach the maximum of your potential, be successful.
- You can’t name what exactly you are worried about, but something is bothering you, and the things keep repeating over and over again… you don’t know how to cope with them.
