In 1993 I graduated from Masaryk University, Faculty of Law. After graduation, I worked for 10 years as a lawyer and Head of the Active Employment Policy Department at the Employment Office in Zlín. Here, I strongly focused on provision of legal advice in the field of labour law. From 1999, I also worked for 5 years as a lawyer in the Legislative Council of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. In 2004, I started to work at TBU, where I prepared strategic development projects, including the establishment of the Technology Innovation Centre s.r.o., whose founders are TBU and the Zlín Regional Authority. After the establishment of this commercial company in 2005, I was appointed the company’s executive director and, in addition to the business management of the company, I was engaged in professional legal counselling focusing on start-up companies (trade law, commercial law, labour law). In 2014, I was appointed the Chairperson of the Commercialization Council at TBU. From 2013 to 2017, I was also a member of the statutory body of another business company owned by the Zlín Regional Authority — Industry servis ZK, a.s.
I returned to TBU in 2019 and, since then, I have been employed here as an internal auditor, while also working for the Counselling Centre as a lawyer.
