Psychological help for TBU students and employees
Do you need help in dealing with problems related to your studies? Do you feel uncomfortable among fellow students or friends? Do you find it difficult to communicate with your colleagues or students? Are you facing inappropriate student behaviour? Are you worried about something but not sure about the reason?
Try psychological counselling. A psychologist is a confidential listener prepared to support and not judge. He/she may help identify your problem and come up with a solution, when you don’t know how to cope with the problem. He/she will provide support and teach you coping strategies for dealing with unpleasant feelings and difficult situations. He/she will encourage your personal development, help you improve your self-knowledge and mental health.
A psychological counselling session shall be arranged in advance through an online booking system or by e-mail. We provide our services only to TBU students and employees, completely free of charge.
