A student who is objectively hindered by another type of mental disorder/problems, including non-autistic neurodevelopmental disorders, i.e. impaired language, speech and other communication abilities, or a chronic somatic illness, from fulfilling the academic requirements in a standard manner. It can refer to regular medical care associated with increased absences, scheduling measures, etc.

What are the students’ difficulties? Anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks, stuttering, epilepsy, diabetes, fatigue syndrome, oncological diseases, Crohn’s disease, etc.
